I drink plain water all through out the day on a regular basis. I have been drinking more skim milk too lately. But this morning I actually made the best Greek yogurt smoothie with milk and frozen bananas that I have ever tasted. I added some wild flower honey to it too and it was so good. Oh and some protein powder with a lot of great nutrients and protein in it. I had that for lunch today.
