The last thing I had was a small pasta, chicken and mushroom dish for lunch. It's now about 8 hours later and I'm famished. but I can't have dinner yet, as we're expecting someone who's not actually communicating as to where he is or when he'll pitch.....grrr!

This is too early to take anything. Now the time is 4 am and i had a glass of plain water with 2 tea spoons of Apple Cider Vinegar because it should be consumed in empty stomach to control the uric acid level in the blood
