i ate some pasta with chicken and potatoes

Tonight I made huge pot of pasta, I figured it would last a day or two, but it almost is gone. Either everyone was hungry , or most likely too lazy to cook anything else besides my pasta.

My last food was 2 idlis and 2 vadas with coconut chutney, sambar and daal chutney

so i daily consumes around 8 carrots nearly 1kg

My last food was raw sprouts consisting of bengal gram, greem gram, horse gram, wheat, groundnuts, fenugreek, green peas. I will add little black salt, honey, onion, tomato, black pepper and roasted cumin powder cilantro and few drops of lime juice. It is good for health with zero calories, tasty, and supplies good amount of proteins

I just had some gorgeous Thai food from my local Thai restaurant. I love it there; great service, and even better food
