I had some horrible natural yoghurt and then chocolate. It's the festive season, a time when we stuff our faces full of anything we want

I love natural yogurt

Today I had beans with kale for lunch, we always cook beans on Saturday as we are all at home and usually we don't eat beans during the week.

Hahaha I love it too but it needs to be full fat for me to enjoy it. Greek yoghurt is my favourite, sweetened, natural or with honey :) But this one was watery, tasteless and low-fat.

Today I had a pork chop left over from last night's dinner for my lunch :)

Greek yogurt is my favorite too, usually I add fruits, I don't like it sweet.

Today I had omelet (love it) and a soup.

Yesterday I had my favorite dish, pounded yam and egusi soup mixed with ogbono and beef.
I had to top it up with fruit salad some minutes after my lunch .

Today I was out and about and had to skip lunch, so I'm absolutely famished right now and can't wait for lunch.
