I cooked vegetable soup (cabbage + tomato + carrot), stir fried cabbage with needle mushroom, and also fried luncheon meat. We had the dishes together with white rice. That's our lunch.
I slept in today because I was knackered from my hectic week. I got up around 10am, and was ravenous. So I made a delicious bowl of crunchy, fruity granola and double cream natural yoghurt (sod watching my waistline hehe). I drizzled a generous amount of honey on it for extra measure and polished it all off. I then washed it all down with a creamy and sweet mug of coffee. I loved it
I am sorry to inform my friends that I had to eat something that I generally don't. It was self cooked 2 minutes noodles plate that I know how to prepare. I remember my wife at such occasions and wish she had not gone out with her friends.
Salad, baked potato, beetroot and baked beans. Salad is one of my favourite meals even if it does take a long time to eat it. I had a yoghurt and maple syrup for dessert
The last food that I ate today is my own version of fried rice with spam, egg and oyster sauce and pepper to taste. And I had my fresh mango juice my favorite as always.
