I had a piece of KFC and some mango for lunch. Weird combination, I know! We got KFC for dinner but were on short on lunch options, so I just grabbed a drumstick to tide me over until dinner Our sweet neighbour recently brought us a carrier bag full of mangoes, so we need to get through them fast before they spoil. I hate waste.
I changed gears and went for a pineapple, celery, cucumber, grapefruit and cranberry juice smoothie. I also sprinkled a teaspoon full of chia seeds on top to jazz it up and get those nutrients in.
