Because people are concerned about their own immediate personal affairs. They're concerned about what's important to them and what has a DIRECT impact on them. Even though they can see the visible damages they detach themselves by reasoning that it doesn't really affect them and the people in charge should fix the problem if it's so important.

I will revive agriculture so we won't be needing to import food. Food importation is the cause of poverty in Venezuela at this moment. If Venezuela can make their own food, inflation wont be as a big problem as it is.

No, but at the same time. Because they hit their children and they risk taking them and never see them again. But if the children did something wrong even after they had warned them there, they could hit and rightly, but not with much because the child can get hurt enough.

I believe Russia have a small population because of the wars, famine and plagues that happened in the past decreased their population. Also they have a huge shortage of men. Many Russian women ends up marrying foreigners and migrate to another country.

My favorite sport is swimming. Because it helps me to relax and exercise all the muscles of our body. And it is also one of the sports that helps to prevent heart attacks.
