I am not a fan of turnip but I eat it once in a while. I can't remember another one that I dislike, I like vegetables a lot.

I hate vegetables when they are just boiled. Recently I sepnt time at the hospital, I was there for days so I had to eat hospital food. 8 was accompanying my daughter. They actually changed my opinion on vegetables. They are actually nice if you add a sauce. They made a smooth cheese sauce and mixed the vegetables with the sauce. I was hooked from then on. I actually made them when i got home qith the cheese sauce, i have to say, hospital got me to love vegetables.

I don't like lady finger myself, but there's a trick to lessen the sliminess. Just put a tea spoon of Lime juice in it while cooking.

I do not really care for carrots. I can tolerate carrots. If cooked with brown sugar, then I do like.

I dislike consuming olive green olives. Not sure of the reason, except for the fact that I have olive green eyes?

I disliked garlic cloves (except for garlic powder and garlic salt) until I started preparing my own homemade spaghetti sauce. I like to sauté garlic in wine.
