Whenever I eat a green pear, I will get 5 years younger, My IQ increases 10 points and I get cured of all disease and I can pass that ability to a person if I give them a green pear. I hate green pears but this will inspire me to eat a green pear.

All the plastic bags the ocean will turn into corals.

Everytime a cat or dog poop or pee within the premises of my property, the poop and pee turns into 1 Kilogram bar of Rhodium metal, which is the most expensive metal in the world.
