I seldom like sweets and sour things. I eat chocs in moderation likewise the salty ones.

The cafe gave we roommates some donuts yesterday. Oh gosh... a total sin...

We each got 3 donuts.

I got to choose my donuts first.

As I have mentioned before, I am a chocoholic... Yep. I chose 2 with chocolate and a huge donut with green.

I gave a roommate this evening half of a chocolate donut so I would not be a total glutton. LOL

I like sweet items as compare to salty items, I take both in moderation because excess of everything is bad. When we eat too much sweet items we may get diabetes, on the other hand excess of salt causes hypertension.

Since I have wiped out almost all sodium from my diet, I really do not crave as many salty treats as I thought I would.

I texted a friend today and I said that I missed having potato chips. However, afterward, I really did not have the craving.

A friend gave me a few bags of Good Health organic veggie stix!

Low in sodium. Then, one serving is 80 stix! 130 calories!

So, if I want to, I can consume a "junk food" without feeling guilty!

Today I had a chocolate Slim Fast smoothie with a bag of chips! LOL Yep, sweet and salty!

Today, I prepared peanut butter oatmeal protein balls! The peanut butter is salty. The pancake syrup was sweet. I also mixed some hot chocolate which is obviously sweet.

The oatmeal does not have a taste, unfortunately.
