I saw the young lady first, then the old lady.

I saw the older lady first, it is more difficult for me to see the young lady, but I got there eventually and can see both of them now

First when you see the picture then it appears as this is the pic of an old lady. While when you see it upside down then young lady can be seen very clearly.
