Not just deducted, the point goes to who owns the post you like. There are a few times where my comments has been liked, and i got a notification that i got some points cause someone liked my post.

Exactly, the owner is not getting anything from it. It's just like you tipping someone for doing a good job.

Yes i noticed this, after making three comments, you need to wait for an hour before you can earn from your next three comments.

I haven't been on BMF in a minute, but wasn't that always the rule? There's a limit to how much you can earn per hour. He made this rule to prevent people from spamming and making tons of comments, then immediately cashing out. Maybe the rule was changed and now it's changed back?

It's still the same rule, just that the amount of post has been reduced. Before it was 10 post per hour, but now it has been brought down to three post per hour.
