Why is Trump's tariffs illegal? Because it never go through Congress. Just because you are a president, it doesn't mean many of your policies will be approved right away. It has to go through Congress. But Trump's tariffs didn't go through Congress.I've never seen a president who made so much enemies on a span of one year.
