Businesses that focus on quality build long-term loyalty. Customers feel valued when they receive a quality product or service, and they often return without much persuasion.

Low prices attract attention quickly, but they don’t always create lasting loyalty. Therefore, building a strong brand requires a combination of quality, value, and excellent customer service. Quality builds respect.

I doubt if there are many who would opt for low price with poor quality Not me any way I would any day prefer good quality and ready to pay a price.

Focusing on low price could be counterproductive, especially if a business neglects the requirement to provide high-quality offerings.

I feel the key is to focus on quality, and affordability at the same time. This does not mean you have to sell underpriced though.

I'd say that businesses gain more by picking either one and doing it well. Quality builds loyalty and lets you charge more, while low prices win on volume but leave thin margins. Most small businesses do better focusing on quality and service, because competing on price alone is hard when bigger players can undercut you. Just choose what fits your customers.

Just do the two if you can. You would gain more customers this way. Just make the quality thing affordable

I think first one should go for quality.
Low prices can be used sometimes to augment sales once the player is already established.

Low prices as an "Only" USP criteria cannot be that sustainable.

When you sell quality, your cost price will be higher and you will have to sell for higher prices, and should focus on niche audience. Selling for low prices means you are selling in volume.
