I got paid from Clixsense few months ago . Now again reached the payout but to my shock paypal option is missing now by which i used to get paid all these years. I do not know whether i have to open an account in one among them .If so they will charge their fees to transfer the money to paypal who in turn again charge some fees to transfer the amount to our bankers in India.

Where have you been?! This was a big issue with ClixSense some months ago. Paypal no longer accept the majority of ptc sites now although it still allows Neobux to use them.

I used Payoneer when I last cashed out there but the downside to this is you have to have $50 in your account before they will allow you to cash out to your bank. I no longer work on ClixSense now.

Service charge itself is nearly $15 and what i have is also the same amount. So i left it. now this Clixsense has no paypal option . I think i have to loose this $8 also along with payza money.

15$ is for bank wire. Why don't you use bank transfer option they got? They only took 60 INR as fees for foreign currency. So if you have 15$ then you can have more than 14$ in your bank account with this option.
