I have sent the tax forms directly in dreamtimes but there is no reply yet for almost two weeks.
Don't know usually how long it takes for their reply and confirmation of my tax form?

I've just checked the tax centre page for my account and it still says my W-8BEN application is "under review", but that's obviously not the case because no withholding tax was deducted from my payment. As long as they don't contact you to say that there's a problem with your form, you probably have nothing to worry about.

The last website that paid me was Xcel survey and I got Rs.100 for 100 points in Paytm. The surveys are short but they take really long to pay even this small amount. I have requested and contacted the support frequently to receive this. Hope they pay soon the next time.

I was a bit surprised to see it, but apparently one can because I received my payment yesterday. I imagine that if the forms aren't okay one will get paid but they'll deduct withholding tax. That happened to me a few years ago.

It's a few months since I filled in the forms so I'm not sure why they're still showing as under review. Maybe it's just a glitch in their system.
