If she got a warning maybe she will have a different behavior now, she has often very bad mood but I think that if we don't take it personally and just move on she changes her attitude.

That is very bad, Mylot needs new users and the best thing we can do is welcome them and give them some support and good advice. If she did that, then she deserved the suspension.

Is it possible she thought she was being helpful but her approach was neither polite nor tactful? A 6-day suspension could mean that maybe Admin was giving her the benefit of the doubt.

The site desperately needed young and new members because majority of the active members are senior citizens and many of these members are dying off. Maluse can be said as one of the reasons why Young people left the platform. Back in 2009 Mylot have a healthy population of teens. Then Maluse scare them away.

That doesn't even make sense since the Admin now there has only been Admin for 4 months. How could he/she have banned anyone previously? It's pretty plain (to me at least) that Maluse no longer has 'favored user' status like she did when Owlwings was Admin and he ignored her berating new users for supposed infractions because they did not do things her way.

My experience with MyLot was good. There was only one instance when I made a comment, and evidently this person had a group of supporters and they all pounced on me! I did not take back what I said. I felt very strongly about it. However, I did go through a self-imposed "waiting period". I didn't want them to start stalking me because they were so angry with me and just be a nuisance every time I made a post. I waited several weeks until I figured they had either calmed down or blocked me. Then I came back and started posting again. When I came back it was all good!

I think it end up depending on us, how we manage the situations we are in, sometimes there are misunderstandings that can be easily solved. You did well taking your time and I am glad you are back to the site.

If she ever join (which I don't believe) we should wait and see how she is going to behave. The topics to discuss here are very different from the ones we can find in Mylot but I believe you would have some reports for sure

I went back. But as of Jan 2022 I decided to pursue other income earning projects where I earned much quicker. Earning from MyLot was becoming too slow for me. I joined other communities where I could calculate my earnings so I know how much to do when I sign in. With MyLot you don't always know how much your activity will generate. With other sites they have a set rate per post or per thread, so you know how much you will earn. I found these other sites AFTER I had been on MyLot for a while. So I made an executive decision and put MyLot on a back burner and became more active at the other sites.

That is true, I think Mylot earnings depened on their revenue but on the other hand the site is legit and never miss a payment which make us feel secure. Despite I am working in other sites I visit Mylot and keep receiving payments from them.

I don't know how the old version looked like but I still love using mylot since it is fun and easy to write there. I think am not going to leave mylot anytime soon since I just love it there.

I gave up on Mylot at the beginning of 2022. The earning was better at other sites.
