This can not be the reason, ofcourse there are many jealous people who will report for nothing, but no report is taken seriously unless it violates BMF's policy. Mr B do not ban people for nothing, there is always a reason for ban. If you are banned, you can still aks him for reason.

There can be many users who report without any reason just to earn reward but if admin see them reporting things that does not deserve report they will be warned too

Mr B was recently on FC confirming they do still pay via PayPal - you just have to request PayPal payments by sending him an email.

On another matter, I really enjoy contributing on BMF. My only issue with the site is that I've already encountered 4-5 very hostile people there. I mean really hot-headed, vile people. It's not so bad if you come across 1 or two over the years. But I've only been on BMF a few months. I can stand up for myself but I don't want it turning into a regular thing. So I'm mulling over what to do next once I've cashed out.

I don't think he has removed PayPal but if you want to withdraw via PayPal you need to contact him personally.

Last time, I had a payout on BMF, Paypal was not an option. They prefer Payeer.
