Depends on your country.
US and canada gets payout at the month end.
Rest of other nation gets paid when balance reaches 50 dollar.

I would choose vocal media. I saw that it pays so well. Unfortunately, I don't have stripe account and so I can't work there.

I had problems too, that is why I stopped working on Stripe, while I don't have this stripe problem solved I prefer to invest my time in other sites.

On HUBPages, if you visit other HUBs, the authors usually return the favor and visit your HUBs. The activity helps increase your earnings. With Vocal you can't leave comments.

It's not that internal views are not credited. It's that the members will return the favor if you visit their articles. That's worth some money. You don't calculate it though by counting the views.

in fact, the approval standards is much stricter in hubpage than in vocal media, but vocal media you need stripe to get paid, so can't doing any comparison

Well I can only tell you what I noticed. When I check my account and I notice that my HUBs are about to become UnFeatured because the traffic has dropped too low, I go "HUB-hopping" and find HUBBERs I have not visited and leave comments. They usually then stop by one of HUBs and that seems to help. If my HUB is not Featured, I know that will impact my earnings. So I'm trying to be sure that my HUBs stay Featured.

Do you follow my logic?

Yeah, that payout is just good enough as the site pays pretty high for 1000views. I still wish I could work in that site, I wish they add another payment method apart from stripe so I can join the site.

I think you both are right in what you say, it is true that we need views to increase our earnings but what I have earned there so far came from other hubbers who visited my posts.
