Error 522 happens when the connection timeouts. This can be due to multiple reasons. The website might have been under a DDoS attack. In such a situation normal traffic routed to the website would be stopped from accessing it, and the website won't open for viewers.

It's fine now. Website was under attack and admin has dealt with it so everything is fine now.

I don't think so the site is normal as yet. I just tried to log in and got a strange message. I will wait and see what happens in coning days. Maybe the site owner is limiting the access of not so active members.

I don't think the site is down as I can see posts from today and yesterday. In my case the browser message is that site owner has banned me temporarily. I think there is an error or the admin is reducing the number of members. I will wait and watch. I am on this site for almost six years and haven't cashed out for years.
