Are the reviews paying 50 BMF? Are these go into approval or are approved the same time?

I think all new threads are paid at 50BMF, and if you need admin or moderator approval.

Yes all posts are put into moderation and are only approved by the admin

Even though initiating the threads is 50 BMF, I'm fine with just leaving comments for 20 BMF. I leave bout 5 comments per day. When I get to $2, I'll withdraw. I like the low withdrawal amount.

Maybe you put your payment address wrong? Payments are on the 25th of each month and always arrive on time.

This is the only site I know that you are only limited by your ability. They don't impose limits on you like other paid to post forums.
