I don't understand the algorithm they are using but the site is giving Free tips to the members. Then I will share it with other members on 40 to 60 ratio. Mine is the 40 percent. Other members don't receive free tips but they can receive tips from other members.

But this in not always true. Sometimes you cannot share free tips to some people, the only way to tip them is from your own wallet.

I had $5 worth of FT moved from 'Pending' into my wallet last night from Noise.cash .

I still receive them from the site and I can pass them out to 99.8% of the people, but occasionally this message appears when you try to tip someone with free tips:
