A poster here stated that it is 5 threads and 5 replies now per hour which I believe isn't bad.

The post count is 10 while the comment is 5. Both are done at 1 hour interval.

But creating topics are not automatic. Are they? I believe that they are placed in a queue where the admin has to review them before they are allowed to be posted and the reward added to your account. I stand to be corrected though.

I think company reviews are the only topics that are posted and the writer earns straight away. The moderation queue is important to keep the site clean.

I don't think anyone should be against moderation on a forum. It helps the posting on a site to be well processed.
