A good reply is always good but click in the like button is such a simple thing to do that it is not understandable why some users don't do it.

Me, I always click the like button on both discussion and every comment back I received... I try to comment back on each comment that I received on my discussion also...

I do the same and often go to their profile and answer their discussions too, I think it is fair, if someone helps me that person deserves my help too.
There are users there that never reply to others discussions, they only comment on theirs, I think it is quite selfish.

I make more than $15 minimum every month there. Some users make $40 or more per month there. It takes an investment of proper time and interaction.

I have no clue. I drop in off and on throughout the day but I never stay more than 5 minutes or so.

It doesn't seem that low to me, sometimes we earn from several sites lower amounts, and in the end, we earn less than someone that decided to dedicate all their online time to Mylot, earn more than $40 per month is quite good I think.
