3 cents per day for pressing the check-in button. If I check in everyday for a month, there's a bonus 50 cents each month.

I got paid about £8 a couple of days ago by Prolific.ac - that was for filling out surveys spread out over more than a week. Probably only about 4 hours "work" in total though!

I think so, I am Canadian and use the site fine :) and have been paid many times!

My last payout was $10 from GrindaBuck and $9.00 from Microworkers

I think so - this is from their FAQ:

"Who can participate in studies on Prolific Academic?

In principle, anyone can sign up and participate. You'll need to verify your email and a phone number or Facebook account before you can take part!

Please note that many studies have eligibility criteria. This means that sometimes only certain demographics are required (e.g. 20-30 year old female Astrophysics students from Germany, to give one example).

If you are not eligible for currently available studies, then we kindly ask for your patience. New studies are posted regularly."

Where do you find the check-in button? In any specific section? I have searched for it but I am unable to find it...

It's on the homepage, in green. It's under your earnings.

It could be because of the countries.
