Postby crestcapital » 06 Mar 2022, 14:49

Cryptocurrency has been expanded to sports, with numerous sports clubs adopting it. Taking use of the blockchain's smart contract integration, a large number of people signed NFTs. The cryptocurrency's tendrils are reaching out to many sporting activities, as evidenced by the deals that have been struck with various sports clubs throughout the world.

The crypto-sport alliance continued when Galatasaray, Turkey's basketball powerhouse, signed a sponsorship contract with Bitget for the remainder of the 2021-2022 basketball season. Turkey has been in the news recently as one of the world's leading bitcoin enthusiasts.

Bitget is Turkey's most popular cryptocurrency exchange, with local crypto investors trusting the platform. We've seen a lot of exchanges make this move in order to strengthen their marketing campaigns, and Bitget is no different. By securing a sponsorship arrangement with a team with a huge fan base, the exchange aimed to strengthen its marketing effort.

Galatasaray's team is a bitcoin enthusiast, according to Sandra Lou, CEO of Bitget, and the exchange and the crypto community are proud of them.

Bitget was picked because it is a fan of Galatasaray and has been supportive by backing the team all along, according to Bikem kanik, Galatasaray's Vice President.
