I am always looking for a good deal. And a few years back I came to the conclusion that it is cheaper to buy videogames for my PS3 from abroad (UK mostly).

I have made some purchases from Gameseek, Game(co.uk) and Base. I've also made several purchases (gaming and non-gaming related) from Amazon, but since they removed free shipping delivery, it's not worth it anymore.
Does anyone have any more suggestions? From where do you usually buy your games?

We have TV video game set and for that my sons used to buy cartridges , joy stick and key board from Burma Bazaar or Hongkong Bazaar. We get imported goods from them but it is not reliable . some will work well and some will not last longer and they do not give any guarantee for their goods

I buy my games, usually in a physical store. I usually buy used games, but in good condition. I only buy new games when are games that I'm really waiting to play. In such cases I buy soon after the release of these games.
Now I'm waiting for Uncharted 4. It will be an awesome game

I've stopped buying physical copies of games. I can get the same ones, often for less, directly from the official Xbox website, and then I don't have to worry so much about where on earth to store it. My games are stored in the cloud too, so I don't have to worry about a disc cracking and needing to be replaced.

I buy mostly digital version of the games now but there's a great local retro gaming store where I get old PSX, PS2 and PC games.

Allius, you're from Portugal too, right? We get totally robbed here regarding videogames. The only deals that could be better here than elsewhere would be used games and even for that, I am not totally confident. I have some (not many) used games myself. Always buy them online from the UK. A friend of mine prefers to go to a store near where he lives (here in Portugal) and some, not all of course, of the purchases he makes are doubtful.

I can see that some of you are becoming fans of the digital version of games. I think they will take over in the future. For now, I enjoy having the dvd boxes with the leaflets

I preferred getting the hard copies for many years, but I'm simply running out of space. I've stopped buying movies (unless I *really* want a particular one) for similar reasons. For now, I only buy the hard copies if I'm giving one to a child as a gift so they can actually open a package.

My son buys a lot of his games for the Xbox One online, it seems to be cheaper than the games in store.

So there is a store here in the Philippines that sell second hand games. I usually buy games from there especially those old releases that gamers already sold because they want to buy a new game. It is cheaper but the condition of the games are still good. It is playable and there are games with their manual and case.

I play in the PC so like all or almost all PC gamers i use Steam, so most of my games are digital and have been bought there ( Steam ) or in other sites that sell keys that i can activate on Steam like the Humble Bundle.
Before i have start use Steam i have bought some physical games . Dont have much but have a fews. I bought them in Worten ( you are Portuguese so you know where is )

When I have free time, which doesn't happen much nowadays, I play online games like Goldtowns or League of legends. In the past I used to buy games in second hand from ebay. I only bought two new games in my life, World of Warcraft at a gamestore because I am crazy about it and Final Fantasy XII when a friend of mine made my mind to buy a PS2.

For those who like to buy new games I suggest PlayAsia online store, they have games for Europe and they have good prices. There is also Zavvi store online, the prices are quite good too.
