I have tried and dislike the tiny earbuds that just stick in your ear but there are other options that are much better.
Several wireless brands come with an over the ear clip that keep them in place instead of the friction that just sort of keeps them in the ear. There is little chance you might bump them and knock them loose.
I have tried the Jlabs that have a good reputation even though they are quite expensive. The volume is acceptable, however, the over the ear hooks are flimsy and break off and they only run for about 3 hours before requiring a charge. I had to quit using them after the earhook broke off and it was the most expensive set I ever purchased.
I bought another couple of brands that do not even have their name on the case and I don't recall the company names.
One of them has a unique clip around the back of the ear. It is sort of a u shape and stays in place quite nicely. I have even forgotten they are still there even when I turn off the source. However, again, they only last about 3 hours before they need a recharge and the volume is not quite enough. I use that one at home with my desktop while watching a youtube video.
The third set again has an over the ear clip but the best part is they run continuously for nearly 8 hours between charges. Wish I could tell you what they are because they were also the cheapest of the three. I use that one while out doing yardwork all day. I can hear them quite well even over the roar of power lawn equipment.
All three stay put without the irritation of friction against your ear. Don't just look at the famous pricey brands. Other options are far less expensive. With the ear hooks, most stay in place without dropping off even while you are active.
