What password managers do you recommend? I store my unimportant passwords in a cloud file but would like to have a simpler solution.

I store my password in a specific file in my email account. I'm not saying it's an ideal situation. That's just my way of maintaining my sanity.

I'd be open to new ideas, as well.

I have been using LastPass for years and love it. I finally upgraded for $12 a year (just to support them) but the free version works fine too.

I use lastpass password manager. And it has worked really good for me so far. Most of the settings for the app also works on all the browsers. I have installed it on firefox and the chrome. So I think if you want free option then this is the extension to use. Also their paid plan is good too if you have multiple family members.

I've not yet accumulated many passwords that require storage in a special location.
I'm however intrigued; what is 'one drive'?

I've used Keepass on an Android mobile and found it quite useful. It may not be the most user-friendly, but once you get the hang of it, it is pretty straight forward. I can't vouch for their level of security, so you might want to research that a little, before using them.

I use Lastpass to generate secure passwords and to store them for me. I honestly couldn't live without it. I don't know how I used to manage with a txt file with a list of site names and passwords. Securitywise i am not 100% confident but it is hard to be 100% secure. It is not really possible to have unique passwords for every site and not have them stored anywhere but your head.

Keepass has served me without any hiccups for a while now, I haven't tried any other alternatives because this one has done a really good job so far. It's really sleek as well.

This is so true. I have a bad habit of forgetting my passwords. Well, I guess it works out to be a good habit in a way, since it's recommended that you change your PW every so often.

I use KeePass. It's great, not having to remember passwords takes a huge strain off my brain :p

Don't quite trust online ones like LastPass, I prefer offline, but that's just me.

I like the fact that I have to remember only one password with Lastpass. I am struggling to retrieve a bunch of passwords that I lost recently. I am sure I would not be in this mess if I used Lastpass.

I have read a number of online reviews that confirm that LastPass is a useful password management tool. I will now study how this tool works in preparation for using it.

I don't think I will ever use a password manager. I just don't feel comfortable with doing that I guess even though that probably seems silly in some way. I have an old planner hid at my desk where I write down such things but only if need be. I am very good at remembering passwords.
