Yes. Don't be surprised I do not have instagram despite being an avid photographer. I cannot have it on my mobile as my mobile is basic. I want to know if I can download it on my computer.
Thanks.

Unfortunately the instagram site does not allow you to do basic things as insert photos... :(

You can view Instagram on a computer, but you cannot upload photos to it any other way than with a phone.

I really love Instagram! I have an account and I am really very active there. :D I think that this social network is very interesting. We can find so many different things there and that is great. One more grat thing about Instagram is that is is censured, so there people can not be rude. :)

I haven't found that to be true at all. There are still trolls on there, just like on any other social networking site.

I first started using Instagram on PC back in 2013. This was before I really got a smartphone worth using. Unfortunately, you can only like, comment, and view photos and videos on your standard web browser.

However, Google Chrome does offer an Instagram Story extension to your browser. Just search "Chrome IG Story" and you'll find it. Install the extension to begin viewing stories from the people you follow. NOTE: Must be logged into the browser as well.

As far as uploading abilities, your only bet is Bluestacks. It's a standard Android emulator for Windows PC (32 & 64 bit). Go to your search engine and plug in Bluestacks, click on the first link (bluestacks.com). Once you've installed Bluestacks, you can then go to the Google Play Store and download the Instagram app. Log in or register, then upload like you normally would from the gallery of your phone. NOTE: You will need ES File Explorer from the Google Play store in order sort through the apps gallery properly. Videos don't always work, so keep trying. But photos generally work all the time.

Hope that helps!

The best way to enjoy Instagram is to install the app on a smartphone and use from there. There are so many functions disabled on the PC, simply to encourage people to use up and about from their cell phones

I'm not very active on Instagram, but I follow some people, I think that it's a great social media, post just photos makes it a bit different that others
On computer, I think that you can only see others users photos, not to post. Use on smartphone, theres a lot of functions :D

I am not a fan of Instagram. Someone's convincing me but I don't want to. If ever, I will use one for my online earning site. But for personal purposes, I will not create one.

I rarely use Instagram ... I've heard it was a good place to advertise your site but I don't have any images for my blogs (yet) and I am too lazy to make images for my other sites so meh I don't use it much.

Instagram is quick, fast and easy to use from app than from website. So, i prefer it's app over it's website.

OMG I have finally been able to create an IG account!!! Last night I got talking to an online friend who took it upon herself to help me, and somehow between us we managed to do it. I can't wait to start exploring the site and seeing how it can help me promote my blog. I just hope it's not too finicky, though :)

Was it for your desktop or laptop. I want it on my desktop. I do not like to see images on a cell phone

Same here, bestwriter! Luckily, it's for my desktop. I can't wait to explore and start sharing things on there. I just hope it pays off. The good thing about IG is that a lot of people in my country are on there. For them, it seems to be all about Facebook and Instagram!
