I check mine every day even though most of them aren't particularly urgent. I have a friend in the USA who I don't hear from for long periods of time but when she replies she always says she doesn't check them that often.

I check my email everyday, I have a few accounts so I always have to clear out loads of spam or check to see if I've gotten messages from friends. if I order something I get notifications on tracking and when it has shipped.

I also try to check my email every day.I not always have time, but if I get a time without checking email, I receive much spam and then a lot more work to separate the emails that matter ... so I prefer to check daily.

I don't check my emails daily. I do that in a two or three days time. That's it.

When ever possible I check my mails, I am using only one id in gmail so daily I check my mails several times.

I just check my email whenever I come to think of it. LoL. I don't check it everyday, just when I know that I will have a important email to come that will be the time I will be checking it.

My friend I usually check my email once or twice a day. I usually check if there's something happen on my account that I register with that email or if there's update or information about any site I joined.

I check emails everyday, throughout the day. I receive a lot of report requests and questions from students, so I have to be readily available.

Checking my personal email frequently paid off for me yesterday, because I had a nice surprise from UserTesting. They only requested twelve participants. If I had blinked, I would have missed out.

I will keep open my yahoo mail always so that if any new mail comes i will come to know . I will also chat with friends from yahoo mail only and not from messenger.

Multiple times during the day because I tend to get ~50 every day. We have 24/7 support at holderhost but things still require my attention.

I check my emails everyday. I need to make sure I answer urgent emails especially during weekdays. On weekends, I just open and read it so I don't need to rush on Monday mornings. But I want to kick that habit off. I wanted to try to make sure that weekends are just weekends that I spend time with my family.
