I have both of them i have laptop DELL core i5 and i have also the desktop computer it depend upon your use that how you can use it.
If you are playing a games etc the computer is the best thing
and for the office or study use laptop is the best

both have its own important in its own place if you are student then you use the laptop and if you are doing games etc the you can use the computer

I would choose Laptop instead of a Desktop computer because for me it is convenient, in which I can bring it anywhere and everywhere i go. At the same time the size matters because I always travel and laptop is very important to me because i work using my personal computer.

I prefer laptop because i can bring it with me whenever i want to go I use an I3 MSI but i plan to buy new one (gamer) i'll use it for gaming probably i'am just waiting for new games to release to see what they require (specifications)

I actually use both, laptop at work and at home for normal everyday use, and i have a desktop that i'm using as a wannabe mame machine, its just the desktop with a CRT monitor on top of it and an arcade stick in front of it.

I prefer a laptop over a computer because of some reason. The very first reason being the portability of course. Secondly, I can have access to many internet options such as campus WiFi. I could read and send emails anytime and anywhere.

I have encountered a thread like this so many times. Depending on the use - it is a laptop for the portability so I can use it anywhere but it is the desktop for comfort when I am at home or in the office.
