That must be a record, so many carriers in a country.
But ours also have limited buckets for internet, and they are quite small too. I mean the max one could have is like 5 GB per month and that is the most expensive one, normally its 2 GB per month.

Back then we can trick quota usage with Vpn. Sadly no more. Downloading at 5kbps is just too suffocating for me
