Most of the time I don't mind the permissions for app. I don't want to overthink about it. I rely too much on my antivirus and only installed when it is safe according to the said antivirus.
Do some background check on the app before attempting to install it. Just because they're rated positively doesn't meant they are safe- there's always risk of malware and phishing.
