The cost of watching facebook TV content versus subscribed content may be more or less the same.

Unless they pay people for the video I don't think theya re going to be much respected on that front.

You are right. Today's consumers are too discerning to blindly adopt any offering that a company floats.

It could very well be the case, and if it does prove to be, it wouldn't be worth it at all. What Facebook wants to be doing is providing people with an offer so good, they're left with no choice whatsoever but to use their service.

True. We have long left the era when consumers were akin to 'barrels" to be filled with whatever content that companies push forward. We presently interrogate matters seriously.

It will be interesting to see if Facebook's movie streaming is completely free for the users. Maybe they could have free video streams with advertising, and options to upgrade to watch without adverts.

You have spoken my mind. I was scouring this thread to read posts about pricing and I then came across your post.
I think Facebook can offer some bit of free video services.

Have you been keeping up with this initiative? I'm OK with it. They'll probably charge for the streaming service. Will it be a library of movies and TV shows and you can pick some free ones?

Don't get NowTV once you signup and start paying I can't find no way of cancelling it.

I might have to go to the bank and cancel it that way also you don't get much to watch on NowTV.
