Interesting to hear about this and Opera. There reason I voted for Chrome is mainly due to its abundance of add-ons and speed or benchmark which is proven to be higher.

I prefer you Google because other browsers are less good design and google is so simple and fast for using so I use that brower and I prefer using only 1 browser to save space on computer and to have faster computer.

I've just installed Opera because I thought it might work for the Forum Wheel (it doesn't) and I rather like it. I shall probably use both this and Chrome alternating the two.

Now I'm intrigued. As I said my daughter uses it because she is an artist. Please tell me why you like Opera. Is there an advantage for non-artists?

You have piqued my interest now. I've always used Firefox.

@cmoneyspinner, what about it is specifically for artists?

I've only just installed it but some of my favourite sites appeared on the front page and it seems light and quick. I will need to use it for a while to be able to make a proper judgement but so far so good.

Firefox is best for me. I love the speed with which it uses to process instructions. Opera mini is not a good browser in my opinion.

I prefer chrome because the design is plain and simple. Opera, never try but i dont think i will love it. Mozilla firefox is still a good browser , depending on the websites, mozilla firefox does perform better than chrome

* * Finally followed the advice of my daughter. She says to keep at least 3 browsers available for use because you never know if one of the browsers might get screwed up and some sites work better with certain browsers. So now I have all 3 browsers - Firefox, Chrome and Opera. Although my preferred browser is still Firefox.

When I first used chrome i didn't know that this will be the one I'm using for a long time. I honestly don't see any difference when it comes to performance to these 3 browsers. I just feel comfortable using Chrome because of the user interface including: bookmarks history and the plugins.

There is a big difference. Lots of sites load quicker with Chrome. With Firefox the screen freezes a lot. I have to close it and go back in. But I got so used to Firefox and the extensions I added I don't feel like adapting my work habits. I would if I were forced to. Plus the Firefox are based in Austin, Texas where I live. I sort of want to show them some support. :D

No additional comments for me about these browsers. I'm cool with all 3. :)

I have been using Chrome for four years successfully but one day it suddenly it stopped working and when I tried to reinstall it again it kept on crashing. And then I couldn't reinstall so I started using Firefox. It is good but it cannot match Chrome in anyways as Chrome is faster and easier to use. I use Opera too and is similar to Chrome but the problem with Opera is that some pages won't open in Opera and it has some restrictions which are quite annoying. So always Chrome is the winner, Firefox is the runner and Opera takes the third place :)

I love using chrome or Mozilla since they are able to load captchas while opera saves data although it doesn't load captchas.

I have not used Opera before. Ever since I started to use Chrome, I always stick to it. I still used Firefox and IE (for testing), but I still think Chrome gave me to better performance.

Chrome vs Firefox vs Opera vs Brave

@skysnap wrote an article that explained BAT tokens.

BAT and Brave go together.

Evidently, if you use the Brave browser you can earn BAT cryptocurrency tokens.

I can't really say much more because this topic is way over my head.

But check out these two links:

FC article by skysnap:
~ What You Should Know about Basic Attention Token (BAT) Blockchain

“Browser maker Brave is handing out about $1 million worth of cryptocurrency-backed tokens it hopes will help build a better online advertising system.” Brave browser begins million-dollar token giveaway

I'm not sure if I'm brave enough to use the Brave browser.
Has anybody here decided to use the Brave browser?
