Re: Are Your Facebook Memories Good or Bad?

My Facebook memories are mostly good. There are a few ones I would rather not remember, but I guess that's life. You learn to take the bad and make some good out of it.

I don't have much memories. I mostly have memories of some funny posted videos. It's kind of fun to see stuff.

Mine are junk links , images and junk people. I have two FB accounts. The public FB are international followers who post junk stuff while the other is my family members FB, personal discussions. So, the junk one brings bad and filty memories

I don't like the way facebook pages are set up. I find the navigation difficult and it just looks like a fish market. So I never delve much into Facebook. So no memories good or bad.

My family and friend memories are usually good. Some are a little sad (people we've lost, etc.).

Can't you block the filthy stuff? I think you can block their images and posts without unfriending them so you don't have to look at stuff that you don't want to see.

My Facebook memories are all good. Although I don't use FaceBook much any more, it is a great way to keep in touch with old friends and acquaintances. For example, I am friends with a lot of people on Facebook that I worked with and knew when I worked in England. Obviously it is not the same as meeting them personally, but without FaceBook I would have lost touch with them completely.

It is a two-way thing, some are bad while others are good. I can remember someone liking my 7 years ago picture when I could not remember it was there, felt so bad because of the jabs i had from it.

I have been on Facebook for 8 years.During this period,I have participated in a lot of discussions and arguments, both political and social,to lose count.
However, looking back,I came to realise that our struggles on Facebook and other social media for good governance in our country have been futile.
Many of the elected leaders turned out to be what they promised not to be.Because of this fact, using the Facebook memory app has always been a regrettable action for me.I cannot bring myself to use it again.

It depends on how people used it. I use it once in a month.. Typically wont share much photos as I read about the hackers who hacks account and misuse it. I login Facebook just to like my friends pics and their activities.

I have been using Facebook for 7 to 8 years and when I look back on the memories I feel good as sometimes a friend would have sent a birthday wish but sometimes I feel sad looking at Facebook memory as I am no longer in contact with few friends so it depends!

My facebook memories are good. I have friends who have been very successful on facebook. I can't believe how it has blossomed into the huge behemoth that it has become. It has made a lot of people rich. Facebook will continue to dominate for at least the next five years.

Do you mean successful in terms of making money from it, or successful in some other way?

I love those Facebook memory stuff. However, there are some of my posts that will show up and makes me regret why I posted them. I ended up deleting those posts as they reflect me anymore.

* * Going through my Facebook memories, some of my posts are so random. It's clear I'm mumbling to myself. I came across one of my posts today and I have no idea what was going on with me on that day. I didn't save a picture. I didn't have a link to anything. I'm like "What in the world was I jabbering about?" :? :? I hope nobody read it. It didn't have any Likes so I guess if anybody did see it, they just ignored me and moved on! :D :)

Memories will always be good despite them perhaps coming out badly. They show us where we have been and i personally enjoy seeing mine. I laugh at others and pity myself all at the same time.
