I think Amazon has it for like 25 bucks for 3 devices right now (download only), which is good, but sometimes, you can find even better bargains. I think Newegg has it for like $20.00 for one device (although I'm not sure which one that is. I didn't read through the details).
If interested, be sure to look for the one that is good now but also upgrades to the 2018 version at the new year. I like that feature as well.

I don't think it's new. It's available with the Internet Security package (which may be a different, fuller, version). It opens a new window in a protected browser when you try to enter a site that involves money (your bank, Paypal etc).
