Multiple times! I have lost my count, when I'm lying it'll drop on my face. Sometimes when I place it recklessly, it'll fall to the floor.

More than I care to think about. It is often plugeed into the computer and when I move the computer the phone will sometimes bang to the floor if it is still plugged in. The screen has a small crack now due to this.

I did several times. I keep accidentally hit it when the cable is in the way. Good thing it's not broken and it's not damaged internally as well.

I am a field worker, I need to carry my phone while on work. Since my work includes physical handling of the horses in the capacity of a Vet I must have dropped my smart phone many times. One time it was so badly dropped that the back cover battery and front panel got separated and got entangled in sand. When I resembled the phone after cleaning it has started working normally!
