Re: Do You Keep Your Mobile Phone Near Your Head While Sleeping?

Postby nakitakona » 17 Feb 2019, 11:53

I am using my phone while sleeping until I feel sleepy and turn it off and put it away from my side, a foot away. Then when I wake up in the morning, I turn it on to check the message I may have.

I keep my phone close to me because I check time intermittently and because I always wake up early, I always avoid time sneaking up on me

I don't do this, since I read it online on how dangerous it can be I have stopped it. I off my phone and it in its box daily before sleeping. Prevention is always better than any cure.

Yes, I do, since I'm using it as an alarm clock. I might rethink this habit since it's actually not safe.

There is a table beside my bed , so I can say that my mobile is parallel to my head when I am sleeping. I think it is not good because of the radiation issue. The right way is to have it far from you, but I use it as my alarm so I think I will just use a real alarm clock.

No, I don't do that, it is not safe moreover one can spoil it by laying on it

No, I don't. In fact, I switch my phone off because I much prefer to switch off completely. I'm not obsessed with my phone and can easily be without it. I'm not one of those people who panic when I can't find it.
