Re: What do you think about forum rules

Postby jpk7 » 08 Dec 2018, 10:20

Well I am OK with rules of different forums as long as they are not very stringent. After all without rules there would be no discipline in the forum members. However I feel that there is a necessity to see to it that the rules are followed by the members and action is taken against people who break the rules habitually.

We should follow all the rules as we are like workers and need to complete each and everything as per the directions

Rules are rules and they are to be followed. They have been formulated to serve as the guidelines, terms an conditions of every site. The rules may differ from the style of every site. They may be strict or too demanding. That is the very nature of the job there is excellent and the pay is higher as compared to those rules which are easy and seem to be negligible but the job is easy going. Nothing serious for that matter as long as there visitors or users there.

Like every country has its rules and regulations in the form of Acts and rules to ensure the peace and healthy atmosphere in the Society/Country. Similarly every forum has its own rules and regulations to have a disciplined code of conduct on the forum. The rules are essential for any forum as it is a virtual society comprising many members.

Just imagine the amount of spamming that any site will have to face if there were no forum rules. How much bad language and stalkers that would be there on a site.. with no forum rules.. It would be a living nightmare to work online.

there should always be rules to follow to make the forum be more organized and filtered. Without the rules, it will just be like social media where anyone can say anything

I think forum rules should exist. But members should read the guidelines. I don't like forums with very strict rules. Some forums require over 600 words for a post. Who will waste their time on such forums? 600 words require time.

Forum rules are very important because they help the site to maintain it standard without it the site will definitely be porous and may not last long.

There are rules that are difficult to follow and that is not to connect with the people in the forum. You can't talk about earning matters on the site, otherwise you will be banned. I am just hoping that it will change. It's like groping in the dark.

I have noticed multiple accounts, which needs to be taken down. That's not good for the site.

That's only one account for one household most of the time, I think it is detected via IP address.

No forum or any other earning site will permit to have multiple accounts as that will lead to cheating the site. So having multiple account is never permitted on any earning site and they clearly mention about this in the guidelines and rules. I think they even don't permit different accounts from same IP !

Any forum site which does not have and impose strict rules will definitely end up in a mess. Until, there is a definite post limit and minimum word count users will surely make one liners and nothing else.

One needs to have rules and regulations to maintain the quality and not letting the forum turn into spamming. If there is not rules and regulations the forum might just get chaotic and will have nothing valuable to offer to the users or to the owner.

Forum admin is interested in making few dollars by running the forum. For that he must have some good members who maintain the quality of the site.

So we must remember that we are working for the admin and we should listen to him and admin is is not there to listen to us as far as rules and regulations are concerned!

May be by posting the one liners and irrelevant posts in the form of responses makes the site not suitable to earn from advertisers! May be I am wrong!

I have here fore almost three now and its rules are too considerate. And there is no problem about. That is one of the secret why this site keeps on going and going. I have remembered that there are some good users who keep on suggesting an suggesting comparing with other sites, but ForumCoin didn't heed it. If it did, I don't know if this site still catering to us. Why bother? Let's respect what the admin/owner is pleased to do for us and support it.
