A HIDDEN camera inside such bathrooms is illegal and not placed there for safeguarding anything but for twisted reasons instead. That explains also why it's not visible for all to see but sneakily left in a private space (by creeps). These are of perverted minds, wanting to watch particularly little girls and women in a place where privacy is expected. They are the ones I talk about when I asked what they were 'protecting' in the toilet (the section with a door and a lock). Please look back at the context in which the question was asked. The laughing emoji at the end is to say what a joke it is to even imagine anything was being protected inside there.
