That explains also why it's not visible for all to see but sneakily left in a private space (by creeps). These are of perverted minds, wanting to watch particularly little girls and women in a place where privacy is expected. They are the ones I talk about when I asked what they were 'protecting' in the toilet (the section with a door and a lock). Please look back at the context in which the question was asked. The laughing emoji at the end is to say what a joke it is to even imagine anything was being protected inside there.
