YES! It happens. Some youngsters lead a rough life and abuse themselves. For some it takes a toll and they start looking old. Linday Lohan got plastic surgery because she had already started looking old!

I've decided that if they gave me a choice between looking like I'm 20 and feeling like I'm 20, I'll take the latter. I remember when I used to jump up out of bed. I don't do that any more.

I eat as healthy as possible. Never junk food. I strictly avoid charcuterie too. Moreover, I have to deal with allergies, so I go on with a lactose free and gluten free diet, so I avoid several fat food. I'd like to stay young forever, until departed .

The thing with surgery is it doesn't last forever and a person who gets obsessed with their looks will keep going back for more and ends up looking like a horror show. Some people look worse after than they did at the beginning. Pete Burns was an example of this. I thought he was a good looking guy until a lip procedures went wrong and he spent his life savings trying to put it right.

Not only does it not last forever but if it messes you up, you can't reverse the mistake. In fact, the more you try to fix it, the more your looks get screwed up! It's horrible!

People are obsessed with looking young and beautiful. So anti-aging products make a good market. I would like to look young. I am 43 now and many people give me a surprised look when I say that I am 43. For them, I don't look anyway more than 35. And that is good enough for me. I am happy that I am fit and look young because of my healthy diet and lifestyle. I am regular to exercise and yoga and drink plenty of water and healthy fluids. Looking 35 at 43 is a compliment buy looking in 20's when you are 60 would be too creepy. Every age has a grace. So age gracefully.

Yes we should age gracefully. At 59 never had that under the eye wrinkle. Others think as still in my 40's lol but thinks young.

20 year old looking 50 years olds already exist but they have a miserable raw vegan diet.

I'm in my 60s but look about 90 at the moment as I have man flu so I could do with some of this! Too late for me I think but it occurred to me that birth and death are natural processes. People live their lives and then die to make way for new people starting their lives. If the dying process was delayed there would be a population explosion

No doubt you have exaggerated about you looking ninety. I am a senior and people tell me I look much younger than my age. I have done nothing to look that way

I wanna look like 20 when I am 60 been young and to be active always is a good thing or feelings for me, most people when they turn 60 years old they will not be active like they way they were back then, for we young’s or teenagers we need to live healthy life for us to look young when we are 60 and above.
