Lets say at certain point I have interest but did not pursue after realizing how hard it is going to be. That's not really true. While PH itself does not support child porn, a lot of users post pictures or videos of children -- some of them taken unwillingly. PH does remove them when the videos are reported, but will otherwise do nothing. This is actually a serious problem ranging from school bullying to assault and rape. A while ago, VISA or Mastercard threatened to stop allowing PH transactions because of this reason.

So even if they are donating X amount of money... it doesn't make them a good company or even a company to look up to.

Yes, there is child porn in pornhub because there are videos where the girls are under 18.
There is an incident in Florida where the mother found her poor 15-YEAR-OLD daughter's 58 videos on Pornhub. The offenders were arrested but Pornhub still profits from those videos and escape their responsibility for allowing to display those girl's videos.

They delete it within 24 hours. Most porn there are commercial porn and amateur porn with consenting adults. They automatically ban unverified uploads to prevent child porn and revenge porn.

That is the promise they make, but are they doing it? According to news articles from about two months ago, they aren't. An investigation was done and many big credit card companies stopped working with PH because they continued to allow unlawful videos on their site. You also overlooked one important point -- when they host the video on their site, they are not held liable. Meaning even if a crime was committed and the criminal was prosecuted, PH bares no responsibility.

Not exactly that meaning...as the Bible says to quit sinful habits. They really overcome evil if only they quit porn at all and to only dedicate to clean activities. If they don't quit porn, people may be misleaded: some people could think porn is good because pornhub (or whatever other porn industry) got into good deeds

A good read and I hope they will stick to what they say strictly. Since this article is just from January, it's still work in progress. They not only need to stop new illegal content from coming in, they also need to get rid of the illegal content already on their site.
