I found a few times there is a caution notice from my android phone said your WhatsApp has used your camera at xx.xx time , what that means? because I haven't used camera in WhatsApp

I do not know with apple products but I believe it has a good security. But when it comes to android phones, it has a lot of vulnerabilities and security issues. Just as the others suggested, install an anti-virus, specifically kaspersky. And check the permissions of every app you installed. Tap settings>apps>permissions and if they are allowed to access your camera, uninstall that app.
