Depends on the game genre. For FPS I find it easier to play using keyboard and mouse. And for other games like The Sims for instance.
For everything else, a controller is better although I only use the controller with my PS3.

A controller will be the best and easy to apply.You cannot use a keyboard to play a game accurately since you will be glued to the same position.

You'll never be able to aim on controller as well as you can aim with a mouse. You can't play RTS games with a controller.

Mouse is a lot more precise and accurate, I prefer it over a control pad as I can't aim to save my life!

However console usually has aim assist so that helps.

Depend of what type the game is , for me some are better with keyboard/mouse ( like FPS ) , others are better with a gamepad ( fighting games for example )

I just ordered xbox one controller to use it on PC. I initially wanted to get 360 controller but I read that it has really bad D-pad. So bad that playing platformers would be a nightmare. Xbox one controller has great D-pad and the rest should be about on par with 360 controller so I went with that one.

And yeah, I prefer mouse + keyboard for most games.

Is only bad for fighting games ( how i suffer to play Street Fighter ) but yeah i read the Xbox one is better so if you only bought it now is better the Xbox One than the other

I think a keyboard is a lot better and more comfortable and you really feel in control of everything I do and I will always prefer more keyboard

i grew up with videogames! so i prefer to use a controller to play, even first person shooters! i have adapters to use my videogame controllers for Playstation 2 and SNES on computers! its totally awesome!

oh... and i have an arcade stick too! *O*

I am a PC gamer at heart. I dislike consoles because they are less open and the games aren't as high in quality. That being said, I use keyboard and mouse for almost every game that I play on a daily basis. I do use a controller when I play certain older console games that are not available for PC on my PS2 emulator.

i have never used a controller. i wouldn't mind using one though. i play games on a console so I am used to a controller. it seems like i would be easier to use one than the keys on the computer.

For me it depends on the game.

For Flight simulator i use joystick, for OMSI (bus driving simulator) i use steering wheel, and for Train simulator i use the keyboard
