f I have active job applications, I check my mail daily. But during regular days, I only check them once a week to see if payments have been made to my online job.

I check my mails everyday. I keep four gmails for different purposes and I need to check it everyday. I use incognito window in chrome to check multiple accounts. I also set the basic settings to low bandwidth so it loads really fast.

As often as possible. I check my emails when it pop up in my notification and when I want to erase those I think not important emails. I also check my social emails. I love my gmail but I have ymail too for my PayPal.

Yes, to get rid of the junk mails, it is a must to check the mails at least once in a day before we get a lot of junk, which takes lot of time to clean! I also basically check my mails for this very reason!

I have turned on always sync so I get notification as soon as an email comes. This is why I don't have to check it many times.
