My connection had given me a really tough time.
God Forbid, for last few days it is working fine. I do not have a router so the RT-jack often gets broken. This gives rise to a slower connectivity.

My internet connection varies wildly in speed even though it shouldn't. I pay for 150 mbps download and 20 mbps upload, but I often drop to 5 mbps download. :/ I've had technicians out multiple times over the past couple of years trying to fix the problem, and they never have. It's very frustrating.

It is pretty annoying. I am connected to the Internet the whole time for work and it is p***ing me off when the connection goes bad and I am in the middle of a conference call. I have to re-dial using my mobile and apologise for dropping off the call!

Ours works very well. We pay for 20MBPS and get more then that sometimes on occasion it drops but not by much. It works well and never goes out. The only time it went down was during maintenance once and during a bad blizzard.

I don't have the numbers because I don't do benchmark on the speed of our internet connection. But I'd say it's fairly good compared to the slow internet connection in our office.
