I hope I never have to! It's a real pain having to reinstall all my programs and files.

That's why I dedicate one machine just for surfing online where all the danger is, then to restore it all I need to replace is the operating system and web browser to be back online. Everything else (like Gmail) is in the cloud and will still be there when I get back online.

To be honnest i don't like to format my laptop it makes me bored :' but if my laptop hungs too much and becomes too slow so i need to do that off course
