Re: Laptop or PC

Both have their benefits. Laptop is good because of its portability. And desktop computers are more durable. So it depends on person. For me, at home I do all work from one room, so I will be happy with desktop computer. But right now I am having laptop.

I prefer Laptops , they are easy to use and to bring with whenever you go , i use an old MSI  CX640DX version , 4 Gb Ram , Intel Hd 3000 Graphic card , and an external Nvidia Gt 540M , 1000 Gb HD , second generation I3 Processor :)
• I'am okay with it but i wish i could have a gamer or at least a laptop with specifications that make me able to play games with medium quality on it :D

I use a second hand laptop, Acer 10" EePC.
very convenient when I bring it out to use at Starbucks.
Sometimes I use mt smartphone if I don't bring my laptop.
Still, laptop is better, wider large screen. :D

I have read very bad reviews of this on cnet, how is this one doing for you?

This is interesting.

What could be wrong with a Toshiba satellite laptop?

I am comfortable working with normal PC. I can sit for long hours, and keep working.

I prefer using a desktop since I can run all sorts of high performance taking programs  . Laptops for me heat up way too fast and run out of battery quickly but maybe its just my type of laptop. (use a macbook for laptop)

I use a laptop. Unlike a computer I can take it with me when I am travelling, or sit on the settee while I'm using it.

I use a desktop, I prefer it over a laptop because it is fixed in one place and doesn't let me get into the habit of slouching all over the place.

I mostly use a refurbished HP PC.
To my knowledge, this does not have major issues.

I usually deal with iPad tablets, but will be switching to something more pc. I have done some searching and wish to obtain a gaming lab top. Only problem is this lap top cost well $1,000. The gaming lap tops are my favorite because they can handle anything that is thrown at them. I like playing pc games better than console games. I guess I am going to have to scale down until I can afford to purchase a gaming lap top.

Right now I am using Fujitsu second hand Laptop that I bought last year. It is big and I love the size actually. It looks like I am watching a television when I am working, however, it is heavy to bring. I prefer Laptop. I only had experienced with Desktop at work.
